It contains sweet, nutty flavours of lentils and bell peppers, paired with tangy tamarind, biting ginger and the pleasant warmth of cayenne chillies. We have combined our Jeera (also known as cumin) and tamarind with the traditional Indian base of onions, ginger and garlic. The addition of lentils allows this to be a stand-alone meal, ideal for vegetarians and vegans.
